Electronic Cigarette
It is basically a battery-powered device that vaporizes a liquid nicotine solution allowing the user to inhale a nicotine dose and different flavors. This device comes in various designs, but the most common ones are the pen-style and the cigarette look alike. Most have reusable and refillable parts, while others are disposable. 
The solution is mainly nicotine concentrated in either propylene glycol or glycerin. The concentrations vary from high dose to little or no nicotine and flavors ranging from traditional cigarettes to strawberry, coffee, and so forth. I believe this product can be used to help someone quit smoking and reduce their dependence on nicotine. Unfortunately, some trace amounts of cancer causing agents were found in some cartridges. This means that the way the cartridges are produced is not reliable. No conclusive reports have been filed yet, as they are pending. Many countries have banned the sale of this type of product until further notice.
